The Kitchen Makeover

At dinner time, do you rummage through the refrigerator and pantry, decide you have nothing to eat, and then pull out a takeout menu?
Do you go for the cold cereal and milk because the salad fixings you bought last week went bad already?  Are you dissatisfied with how you are eating but need a jump start to change your dietary habits?

If the answer is ‘yes’ to any of those questions, a kitchen makeover will help you overhaul the food in your kitchen and put you on the path to healthier living.  Your kitchen is the epicenter for creating good health, but you need to know what food to buy and how to prepare it.

Dr. Link recognizes that talking about making dietary changes is not always enough.  So she has put together a plan that will get you eating well immediately by changing how you shop, prepare your food, and eat.

When your refrigerator is stocked with fresh, healthy food, it's easy to  make a nutritious, delicious meal in just a few minutes!
